Charge your phone before the battery capacity reaches 20%. It is no good to charge the phone when the battery capacity is too low;
Don`t overcharge your phone. Stop charging in time if it is charged fully;
Use the original Charger and USB cable to charge your phone;
Try to place your phone in a well-ventilated location while charging, such as on a desk.
If it is Vivo charger and can output the same power, you can use it to charge your phone. For other chargers, considering the battery healthy, we don`t recommend you use them to charge your phone.
Our current phones do not support the wireless charging feature.

You can charge your phone whenever it is not full and considering the battery health, we recommend you charge your phone before its battery is low(20%).
